A SilverTechNW team member will give you a call to better understand your needs, communicate expectations, and schedule a convenient time for an on-site visit. No confusing contracts — just clear, straightforward service.

Tech comes on site to resolve the issue.

Step 3: On Site Visit & Resolution
We come to you and resolve the problem. If extra equipment is needed, we’ll make recommendations, but purchases are always up to you. Payment is simple and due at the time of service. Afterward, you’ll receive a detailed invoice by email.
