Note: If you are outside the area indicated, we still offer service; however, a trip charge will apply.
Our rate is $149 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. After the first hour, we bill in 15-minute increments.
We accept major credit and debit cards, including contactless payments.
No. We work on a pay-as-you-go basis. There are no contracts or subscriptions – just professional help when you need it.
Absolutely. We take privacy seriously and follow industry best practices to ensure your data is protected at all times.
Yes! That is our preferred method of assisting. We come directly to your home or business to provide hands-on, professional support. We specialize in working with seniors and small offices.
Yes! We do have appointments available on weekends and evenings. Reach out to schedule.
Yes. We require a 24-hour notice if you wish to cancel.
Yes; in some cases we can connect remotely to your computer to help with software issues, updates, and general troubleshooting.
We support both Mac and PC computers, as well as iPhone or Android, tablets, printers, Wi-Fi routers, smart home devices, and more.
We help with everything from setting up a new device, fixing a slow computer, removing viruses and malware, setting up email, organizing your digital files and folders, assisting with Zoom or FaceTime, and more.
It is helpful to have any account settings or passwords handy and a list of issues you are experiencing, but we’re happy to guide you through that when we arrive.
Yes. We can recommend the appropriate hardware or software to fit your needs. If you’d prefer, we can make the purchase, and once it arrives, help configure it for your environment and transfer over your data.
Yes. We’re happy to provide one-on-one coaching at your pace – whether you are learning a new device, app, workflow, or just want to build confidence.
